IMPORTANT:
Missing Accessories
Please inspect all items upon delivery to ensure no accessories or items are missing. Any claims for missing items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Item Doesn’t Arrive Within 30 Days
All orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes a maximum of 3 weeks. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us immediately so we can assist in tracking your parcel.
If you are in a metro area, we recommend reaching out if your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks. Parcels may be returned to us after a 14-day hold at your local post office (LPO). Acting early makes it easier to locate and resolve any issues with your delivery.
Apartment Buyers
If you live in an apartment with a secure lobby door requiring a password for access, your order may be redirected to the local depot for collection. To prevent delays, we recommend avoiding delivery to password-protected locations. Instead, consider sending your parcel to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, or a trusted person nearby.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost varies depending on the weight, packing dimension, location, and product category. All shipping costs will be calculated after the full shipping address is entered.

The EXPRESS POST option is available for urgent orders. It will be sent but not limited to via Australian Post Express Post or TNT Road Express.

International shipping cost varies a lot by location.
Self Pickup
Self-pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Payment for self-pickup orders must be made at the time of collection.
We do not recommend making advance payments for self-pickup orders. If payment has already been made in advance, the buyer must provide identification, such as a Driver’s License, showing the same address as the order. This will be recorded as proof of delivery (POD).
Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 0-2 business days once full payment has been cleared. Most orders confirmed by noon are dispatched on the same or the next business day.
Please note that during peak periods, such as long weekends, public holidays, Christmas, and New Year, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Express Service (priority)
By selecting express post service during checkout, these express orders will be prioritised and handled immediately. Express orders confirmed by noon time will be packed and booked the same or the next business day.
Express Service charge is no just on Express Postage cost but also includes non-routine process
Delivery In Person
In some cases, orders could be delivered by our staff instead of using the postal service.
Local Delivery
Free shipping is available on select products for delivery to metro areas. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear in the Shipping Method section during checkout.
International Postal
International purchases qualify for discounted postage rates, with part of the shipping cost subsidized for designated countries. If your country is not listed among the eligible destinations, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
Delivery Lead time
Estimated delivery lead times are based on previous records and are provided for reference only, not as a guarantee. Actual delivery times depend on the postal carrier.
We recommend making your purchase with sufficient delivery allowance. For urgent orders, please consider selecting the Express shipping option.

Delivery Info
The purchase will be delivered to your Shipping Address or Payment gateway registered address only.
Delivery Tracking
Parcel tracking info can be found in the buyer’s account section. A user account will be created during checkout, you may use your email address to log in when you want to access your account. You may need to use the password recovery feature the first time if you do not have a password to log in.
Delivery Issues
Preferred Postal Service
Buyers may choose their preferred postal service provider if they prefer not to use the default provider selected by us. Any additional postage costs incurred must be reimbursed by the buyer. Our primary providers include Australia Post, Courier Please, Aramex, Toll, and TNT. Please note, we are not responsible for any errors or faults caused by postal service providers.
Damage & Lost in Transit
We take great care to pack all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, in the rare event that a parcel is damaged or lost, we will file a claim with the postal service provider. This process may take approximately one month.
A replacement will only be sent after the postal service provider’s investigation is concluded and compensation has been issued.
Delays
As we do not operate a logistics service, we cannot guarantee delivery times or the handling process of third-party carriers. However, we ensure that most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 business day. If there are any exceptions, we will notify you immediately.
IMPORTANT
Buyers are advised to contact us if an order does not arrive within 2 weeks (or 3 weeks for regional areas) after payment has been made and no notification has been received. This situation may occur if the parcel is held at the Local Post Office or depot due to an unattended delivery and the buyer did not receive a collection card.
Failure to follow up may result in the uncollected parcel being returned to us. In such cases, an additional re-delivery cost will apply, and the buyer will be responsible for covering this cost.
