Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT:

Missing Accessories: All items received must be checked and see if there is a missing item/accessory. Missing item claim must be lodged within 30 days after the item delivered.

Item Doesn’t Arrive in 30 days: All orders will be processed within 1 business day. The parcel shall reach you within 3 weeks max. If you did not receive your order in 30 days, please contact us immediately for tracking the parcel.

If you are located in the metro area, you should consider contacting us if your order did not turn up in 3 weeks’ time. Otherwise, the parcel could be bounced back to us due to 14 days holding in your LPO. Also, it is easier to track the parcel earlier.

 

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is FREE (except car wiper products). Express Post option is available for urgent orders and will be sent via Australian Post Express Post or Toll Overnight Express.

Postage cost for car wipers will be shown when the address is provided during checkout.

International shipping cost varies a lot by locations. Apart from New Zealand, postage is quoted case by case manually.

 

Self Pickup

Self Pickup in person is available. For buyers who intend to self-pickup, payment must be made only when picking up goods.

Advanced payment for self-pickup orders is not suggested. In case the buyer did not aware of this, identity document(s) such as Driver’s License showing the same address in the order, is required and will be recorded, as proof of delivery (POD).

 

Order Processing Time

Order will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date when full payment is cleared. The majority of orders will be dispatched within the same business day if the order is confirmed by the noontime of the day.

 

Local Delivery

Shipping to Australian locations is free for any purchase unless specified in the individual listing.

 

International Postal

International purchases incur discounted postage costs where we subsidize part of the postage to designated countries. For buyers from countries not available in defined countries, please contact us prior to purchase.

 

Delivery Lead time

Delivery lead time estimation (no guarantee will be offered on behalf of postal services provider). This is an estimation through previous delivery records for your reference only. Delivery lead time depends on the postal carrier. The buyer intends to purchase as a gift with a deadline, please make a purchase with a sufficient delivery allowance.

Australia Metro areas: 1-3 business days

Australia Regional areas: 3-12 business days

US/European Countries: 10-30 business days

 

Delivery Info

The purchase will be delivered to your Shipping Address or Payment gateway registered address only.

Delivery Tracking

Parcel tracking info can be found in the buyer’s account section. A user account will be created during checkout, you may use your email address to log in when you want to access your account. You may need to use the password recovery feature the first time if you do not have a password to log in.

 

Delivery Issues

Buyers can specify their preferred postal service provider and reimburse the additional postage cost if they do not trust the postal service we selected. Our primary postal service provider is Australia Post.

We are not responsible for any faults by postal service providers.

Damage & Lost In Transit: We carefully packed all orders to prevent possible damage in transit. In rare cases, if a parcel was damaged or lost in transit, we will lodge a claim to the postal service provider. This process could take approx a month.

A replacement will be dispatched ONLY when the investigation by the postal service provider is completed and compensated.

Delays: We select AusPost as the primary postal service provider. However, we are not in a position to make a guarantee on their process and handling. We can guarantee that we dispatch your order within 1 business day. Any exception, we will notify the buyer immediately.

The buyer should contact us if an order doesn’t arrive for over 2 weeks (3 weeks for regional areas), and without receiving any notification from us. This could happen when the parcel is held in the Local Post Office due to unattended delivery, and the buyer failed to receive a collection card.

Failing to do so may cause the uncollected parcel to be returned to us. There will be additional re-delivery cost and the buyer shall cover such cost in this case.
